We want you to be truly happy with your jewellery from Vera & Rose Jewellery. If for any reason it doesn't suit you, you can return it or ask for an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please return the jewellery in its original packaging and in suitable condition. Simply email us with your order number and we'll let you know the next steps.

Does the jewellery lose its shine or tarnish over time?

We design our jewellery with a focus on quality and longevity. We use carefully selected materials suitable for everyday wear that, with proper care, keep their look and shine for a long time. Under normal conditions the jewellery is water-resistant and doesn't tarnish.

Is shipping really free?
