Where is my order?

Once your order has shipped, we'll email you the tracking details.

If you haven't received the email, please check your spam folder too. If you still can't find your tracking details, email us at info@ateljevera.si and we'll gladly check the current status of your parcel.

Returns, exchanges and claims

Would you like to return or exchange your jewellery, or have you received a damaged or incorrect item? Email us at info@ateljevera.si with your order number and a short description of the problem.

If the jewellery is damaged or faulty, please also attach a few photos so we can review and resolve your request as quickly as possible.
